Three things every donor needs from you

Every donor needs three things from you in order to become as fully involved in supporting your organization as they can be:

  1. A problem to solve. The way you get the most people to donate is to put your requests in the form of a problem they can help solve. A child is hungry, and they can provide food. An ecosystem is endangered, and they can help protect it. Always present a real problem that has a solution.
  2. Evidence of success. Too many would-be donors think all charity is a scam. You can help them overcome that perception — and strengthen your connection with donors — by showing and telling them what their giving has accomplished. A donor newsletter that reports on the impact of the donor’s giving is a great way to do this.
  3. A story to tell. A truly great donor experience is one that’s worth telling others about. The best fundraisers give their donors stories to tell. Stories about the amazing difference they made, or how exciting the process was, or how deep the need they addressed. The donor will make up her own story, but we have to give her good material!

We assist nonprofits and community organizations with their marketing, advertising, interactive, and public relations needs. The types of projects we work on can range from developing a new brand identity to programming a website or promoting a fundraising event. Our services are based on the identified needs of our clients.

Our focus is on working on a specific assignment, with the expectation that once the project is completed it can be sustained with the nonprofit’s existing resources. Our goal is to teach nonprofits “how to fish, rather than feed them fish for a day”, Hence we also provide various free resources that help non profits make an impact.
